I love a good risotto, and while that stands true, I will say, this delightful recipe is not a true risotto, so if that is what you are looking for I would try another recipe.
So, if you are in for a healthy fo-risotto – this is for you! The recipe is pretty easy and takes about 25 minutes to make. Slowly add in the following ingredients to a saucepan while everything simmers down:
Ingredients:
2 TB minced Garlic
1 pat of Butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 cups chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup broth
4 cups cauliflower rice
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Be sure to top with some fresh parmesan cheese. ENJOY this healthy mushroom cauliflower risotto!
