Spent Friday evening being pampered by my friend Jamila 💆🏻♀️she helped me determine the best skin care regime for my skin type. Feeling fresh this morning and grateful for a wonderful session with such a sweet friend from graduate school.

If you are in need of skin or makeup product, I high recommend you talk with Jamila and try out Mary Kay. Learning how their products are researched and made was more eye-opening than I imagined. All of the products I purchased last night are made in the United States (and their entire line of products are USA made with the exception of one)! The products when shipped may have boxes or packing peanuts but they are all ‘green’- biodegradable or recycle-able. Wow 🤗 that makes me feel great about the products I purchased and supporting this company.

As I have gotten older, I have found such importance in #selfcare Its important to take time for yourself but it is also important to be kind you your body, skin and hair with all the makeup and hair coloring that we do now a days. Cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing will be my new routine and I can’t wait to continue to practice #selflove 💕
