I love the holiday season, partially because I’m a foodie and there are so many good things to indulge in, with eating and drinking to my hearts content. Its okay to indulge but it’s all about #balance. In preparation of the festivities, I am doing a #25daysoffitness challenge with #abs, #arms, and #glute #exercises every day for 25 days. This #workout schedule should be easy to follow and straight forward exercises you can do yourself at home or at the #gym. DM me if you are interested in working out together this month!
